Sophie Boyer
Sophie Boyer has worked as a script supervisor in Canada, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, collaborating with numerous directors including André Forcier (Ababouiné, 2024), Anaïs Barbeau-Lavalette (Inch’Allah, 2012; Le Ring, 2008), Éric Tessier, Émile Gaudreault, and Kim Nguyen (War Witch / Rebelle, Academy Award nominee, 2013). In 2022, feeling the need to tell a story that had happened to the father of a friend, she wrote the screenplay for Dors près de moi, which she produced and directed in 2023. This first short film has enjoyed a strong festival run and has won over audiences (Percéides Jury Favorite Award 2024; Fifika Audience Award 2025).

Joss Dumas
After four years as a music supervisor at the French advertising agency DDB Paris, three years as Music Director at Audio Z, and six years as Music Supervisor and Head of Licensing at Distribution Select in Montreal, Joss now oversees all operations at Bandit, a company specializing in music supervision and licensing, which he founded in February 2017. Since 2003, Joss has supervised music for a wide range of advertising campaigns for major brands (Audi, Diet Coke, Toyota, Nissan, General Mills, L’Oréal, Telus, Videotron, President’s Choice, Powerade, Bud Light, etc.), as well as for more than one hundred audiovisual productions of all kinds (films, series, short films, documentaries, television programs, etc.) on both sides of the Atlantic.

Marguerite Lemay
Now retired, Marguerite Lemay was a professor and coordinator in the Visual Arts and Communication Department at Cégep André-Laurendeau before later joining the Cinema Department at Cégep de Saint-Laurent. Through both her professional and personal life, she has worked closely with screenwriters, filmmakers, and other professionals in the film industry, as well as former students who have since become professionals themselves.
