Blurry Lights

Basic equipment

To make a film,
you need at least some basic tools:

A digital camera OR a cell phone (can be used to shoot scenes but also to record dialogues)
A tripod
A computer or iPad with at least one editing software (Moviemaker, Premiere, OpenShot, Finalcut, Imovie, DavinciResolve, Filmora, etc.)

And if you have a bigger budget, you can invest in these different tools:
